LiveAnswer Update 5: Live Dispatching & On Call Scheduling

The LiveAnswer team is happy to share some new updates that we are rolling out very soon: on-call schedules and live agent dispatching!

 

You will now have access to Live Voice Dispatch Notifications. When you receive a call, agents will be able to contact you by phone to confirm that you receive the message. This feature is great for high priority calls, such as those made to on-call professionals.

 

Another feature we’re excited to announce is On-Call Schedules. Use On-Call Schedules to manage what days and times you want to receive a dispatch notification. You can also setup a preferred contact method for dispatch notifications, including voice, text, fax, and paging. You can also setup what should happen if you do not confirm receipt. For example, we can continue the dispatch until you confirm receipt or the call can be dispatched to another user.

 

We have also expanded Message Notifications in your profile to accommodate unlimited email, text, voice, fax, and pager notifications.

 

On-Call Schedules can also be synced with  Advanced Notifications. You can set up rules to determine when to dispatch calls based on your script. For example, how to handle urgent and non-urgent calls.
